PPG Arena was built in 1961. The architect built this arena for the steps to go down, to make you feel as though you were getting closer to the ice. Many interns that worked thought they would be watching the game, but Tom McMillan said they were wrong. They to work behind the scenes, even he missed the winning shot while doing multiple interviews. After games, there would be concerts or graduations.
